Madonna, the ‘material girl’ is set to open more learning institutions in Malawi. She challenged her followers on Instagram to rise, get together and be the change each would want to the world. Madonna said that she would begin 2018 by building additional four new schools in Malawi, Kasungu District which totals to 14 schools that will help many kids.
Madonna, dubbed as ‘daughter of the nation’ for adopting four children from Malawi. These are; a son David Banda, daughter Mercy James, and a set of twins’ girls Estere & Stella, ages 12, 11, 12 and 5 respectively cofounded the Rising Malawi Foundation in 2006.
Madonna also opened The Mercy James Institute for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care in July at the Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital in Malawi. She expressed the human nature to do anything and everything to help children who are in need, wherever they may be, and this is a commitment she made on her first visit to Malawi.
